For any non-service issues that require a more in-depth analysis (or anything that requires website development to fix), there will be an hourly charge to cover the work involved in fixing them.

Can I call you to have a hosting account setup (or domain registered)?
You definitely can; if you want to setup a hosting account for a new website, you can call us and we get that setup for you on the spot without any hassle.
If you already have a website and are looking to move it across to us, you can call or email us about that and we’ll be able to walk you though what information we’ll need and what the process is. Don’t forget that new Australian domains (.com.au) require an ABN for registration.
